Grouper

Just like the Snapper, there are numerous different Grouper species and we carry them all!! The most popular is the Red Grouper (Epinephelus morio). The Red Grouper is available year round in the Atlantic and Gulf of Mexico. It is considered a good source of vitamin B6 and B12, phosphorous, potassium, and selenium. It is extremely popular for baking, broiling, frying, poaching, or steaming because of its lean, firm flesh.
