Corvina

Corvina (Cynoscion virescens.) also referred to as Sea Trout, is most commonly found in the Atlantic and in some parts of the Pacific along with North and South America. The Corvina is a very popular food fish because of its mild, sweet taste and lean, firm, large flaked flesh which is pinkish when raw and white when cooked. It can be served in several forms, but it’s most popular use is for Ceviche.
