Mahi Mahi

Mahi Mahi (Coryphaena hippurus) is found in warm waters around the world, and is often referred to as Dolphin Fish and Dorado. Mahi Mahi means “very strong” in Hawaiin and it is a moderately fat fish with firm, flavorful flesh. Because of their naturally sweet taste and firm texture, Mahi Mahi is one of the most highly consumed fish species both grilled and baked!!
