Our specialty and number one seller!! Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus albacares), also referred to as “Ahí” in Hawaii, can be found in tropical and subtropical oceans around the world. Our Yellowfin Tuna is used widely in raw dishes, such as in sashimi form. It is also excellent for grilling and often will be served seared rare.
