Parrotfish

Parrot Fish (Scarus spp.) can be found in shallow tropical waters near coral reefs. The Parrot Fish gets its name from its teeth! Their numerous teeth are packed to the external surface forming a Parrot like beak used to rip algae from reefs and rocky surfaces. Parrot Fish is usually prepared whole.
