Corvina

Seafarers sources its Corvina from Ecuador and Guyana, where the species is Cynoscion acoupa, also known as the Acoupa weakfish. It has a silvery, elongated body typical of the weakfish family, with firm, large-flaked flesh that’s pinkish raw but turns white once cooked, similar in look and texture to sea bass or snapper. The taste is mild and a little sweet, with a clean, buttery quality.
